Giving to Sacred Heart Pantry to Feed the Needy in Michigan City
Our pantry volunteers serve more than 300 families each month, a total of more than 1,000 individuals.

The problem the Pantry works to address: Food insecurity*
The Lack of affordable nutritious foods is an epidemic in our Michigan City community. The result of poor health, emotional challenges, physical handicaps, addictions, and family circumstances self-created or otherwise. Our customers are met by our volunteers with dignity and warmth without judgement. We volunteer to feed the needy in our community regardless of origin of their struggles.
